Producers of top quality bakery products for over 50 years. Today the 10,000 sqm factory has 4 production lines and 5 ovens turning out about 800 Kg an hour. Over 2,500 tons of products are made each year, including breadsticks in various sizes and flavours, panetti and crostini. We supply to small and large retailers, to hotels, restaurants and other catering establishments. Despite the high numbers, we still operate as we did half a century ago - chemical additives are Never used and the products are left the time it takes for them to rise naturally.
