We are an independent baker of handmade cakes founded 23 years ago. Our cakes are destined for caterers, cafes, coffee shops and similar businesses. We do not sell our cakes directly to the public. We actually started life by accident: we owned coffee shops and could not find cakes that we were happy to sell in our shops. So, with the help of a good friend and excellent cook, we started to make our own. Lots of other caterers asked if they could buy the cakes and a new business was born. Today many of our cooks original recipes are still used for some of our best-loved cakes. We have a thriving bakery in Berkshire which has higher level EFSIS/BRC accreditation and a team of bakers and finishers who take huge pride in what they do. The number of cakes we make keeps on growing but our batch size stays nice and small. Our cakes are distributed to a large and growing number of businesses throughout mainland Britain, Northern Ireland and now all of continental Europe.
