We produce a naturally, rich, flavoursome flour from pure, unadultarated grains grown on our organic farm and stone ground in our organic mill in Northumberland. We also grow a rare breed wheat, spelt and rye for unique tasting wholemeal, unbleached white, Farmhouse and Ciabatta flour as well as semolina. In addition to flour, we also sell organic beef and lamb. The food we produce from our farm is free of pesticides, herbicides and fungicides.
