The company was started by father and son immigrants who started a small catering supply business to their fellow country men and local restaurateurs. In the beginning their stocks were a variety of Italian products including pastas, cheeses, hams and the like. Soon, with the help of a friendly importer, they were able to set up their own market stall. Now the business is able to supply some 6,500 products from a technologically advanced warehouse system.
