We are an importer of the finest Spanish foods, specialising in the distinctive charcuterie that Spain has to offer. We offer Iberico hams and sausages from Salamanca and serrano hams, pork loins and cooking chorizos from Treveelez, the highest village in Spain, where conditions are perfect for curing hams. We have excellent cheeses to add tasty interest to cheese boards, along with membrillo (quince paste) which makes such a good accompaniment to cheese. We also have Extra Virgin Olive Oils, some light for cooking with and some with distinctive character which are ideal used for dressings.
